Customer Service & Conflict Management is a combined workshop focused on the importance of customer service and conflict management. The session is designed to help attendees learn how to manage conflict with internal and external customers while also improving how they serve them. The workshop features Erica Allgood, a communication consultant, coach, and professor with over 30 years of experience, and Ivana Gavric, owner of Your Eventors, Inc., with over 10 years of customer service experience. Attendees can expect practical guidance on handling customer-related challenges, strengthening service interactions, and approaching conflict more effectively in a business setting.
