I was at a local Jacksonville Business Professionals Spring Educational Event recently as a panelist and Katie Bakewell of NLP Logix said something that stuck with me. She emphatically stated that she's irritated by people claiming that "Jacksonville COULD become the next tech city."
In an even louder voice she followed that with: "Jacksonville IS a Tech City."
There is no truer of a statement today. I spoke around AI transforming business — especially in sales — however there's a parallel story unfolding in the background that makes this moment even more compelling. It's not just about the tools. It's about where this transformation is happening.

At the state level, Florida is also pushing forward with early testing of eVTOL (flying taxis) — electric vertical takeoff aircraft that depend heavily on AI to function safely and efficiently.
