ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Honoring Visionary Leader Shad Khan is ULI North Florida’s premier awards celebration recognizing the region’s most impactful development projects and honoring Shad Khan with the Visionary Leader Award. The Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding achievements in land use, design, development, and community impact across North Florida. Finalist projects are selected by a distinguished panel of industry leaders and represent work that uses best practices and exemplifies excellence in the region. Attendees will also hear directly from Shad Khan during a featured conversation about his vision and leadership in transforming downtown Jacksonville, including the Four Seasons Hotel, the Jaguars’ corporate headquarters, stadium redevelopment, and surrounding area improvements.
