2026 New Construction Property Bus Tour is an in-person property tour hosted by the First Coast Apartment Association. This year’s bus tour will visit four new multifamily properties in St. Augustine: Lago, Antica, RISE St. Augustine, and The Bradley. Attendees can expect exclusive tours of each property, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and a scavenger hunt as part of the experience. The event is designed for apartment, multifamily, real estate, property management, supplier, and industry professionals interested in seeing new construction communities, connecting with peers, and learning more about current multifamily development in the region.
