Construction Quality Management for Contractors is a professional training program focused on the quality control and quality assurance systems used by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC. The course covers prevention-oriented planning methods designed to reduce rework, improve construction quality, and support stronger project schedules. Participants will work through class instruction, workbook exercises, discussions, and case studies while learning quality control and documentation practices that can be applied across federal, commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, and other large-scale construction projects. The course is especially relevant for contractors, construction managers, project managers, superintendents, quality control personnel, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and facility engineers. Successful participants receive a five-year certificate, and the course is approved for 10 continuing education hours by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board.
