CREW Jacksonville’s Property Tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at The Greenleaf, a historic Downtown Jacksonville property that has recently undergone extensive restoration and redevelopment. Originally built in the 1920s as the home of Greenleaf & Crosby jewelers, the building has been repositioned to include office, dining, and commercial uses. Led by the NAI Hallmark management team, the tour will explore the property’s history, restoration process, and redevelopment, with insight into the considerations involved in operating and repositioning a historic downtown building. Attendees will also see how historic preservation has been integrated with modern commercial use.
