Customer Development & Customer Discovery is a six-part, hands-on program for growth-focused business owners and teams who want to better understand their customers and use that insight to improve products, services, and business models. Across the series, you’ll work through two connected tracks: Customer Development (defining your ideal customer, mapping the customer journey, validating assumptions, and building a plan to iterate your model and reach your audience) and Customer Discovery (designing surveys and data-collection tools, analyzing customer patterns and market demand, and turning insights into testable actions). Each session is built around interactive workshops, peer feedback, and real-time application of tools—so you leave with practical outputs, not just concepts.
