Customer Service & Conflict Management is a combined workshop focused on strengthening customer service and conflict management skills. The session is designed to help attendees better understand the importance of customer service while learning how to manage conflict with both internal and external customers. Participants can expect practical guidance on improving service interactions, addressing customer-related challenges, and approaching difficult situations more effectively in a business setting. The workshop features Erica Allgood, a communication consultant, coach, and professor with more than 30 years of experience, and Ivana Gavric, owner of Your Eventors, Inc., with more than 10 years of customer service experience.
