Strong management is essential to building effective, engaged, and sustainable nonprofit teams. The session will also cover delegation, employee development, building trust, and creating a personal plan for continued growth as a manager. Whether you are preparing for your first supervisory role, currently managing a team, or looking to strengthen your leadership approach, this program will provide practical tools that can be applied at any level.
