The summer series rolls on, and we're keeping the conversations local and the insights big. Join us for a live fireside chat with Kelly Dyer, a serial entrepreneur, technologist, and one of the driving forces behind Jacksonville's tech community.

Kelly's been building for more than two decades. He's the Co-Founder and CEO of SourceFuse, a cloud-native software and product development firm that's landed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies multiple times. Before that, he founded Inventory Source, an e-commerce SaaS platform that automates orders and inventory for retailers and distributors — a company he's still involved with today. And in 2015, he founded the Jax Tech Group, building one of the region's most active networking communities for technologists, founders, and innovators.

With a Computer Science and Economics background and an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business, Kelly has spent his career identifying hard problems and solving them with software. In this conversation, we'll get into what it really takes to build and scale companies over the long haul — finding the right people and putting them in the right seats, knowing when to make a decision and when to wait, learning more from the mistakes than the wins, and staying current in an industry where you either keep learning or get left behind.

Whether you're a founder, an operator, a job seeker, or someone curious about Jacksonville's growing tech scene, you'll walk away with hard-won perspective from someone who's done it more than once. Bring your questions — this is a fireside chat, not a lecture.

Seats are limited. Grab yours and come be part of the conversation.
