The General Membership Breakfast Meeting brings apartment industry professionals together for networking, association business, and a featured leadership program. Guest speaker Indie Bollman will present “Finding, Building (and Keeping) a Rockstar Team,” sharing practical strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, identifying the right people for an organization, building teams that align with company culture, and creating an environment where strong employees want to stay. The session is designed to provide actionable ideas for both leaders making their first hire and those managing established organizations. The morning also includes breakfast and networking, followed by the official vote on the 2027 FCAA Board of Directors slate of candidates.
