The Jacksonville ENRG Chapter Meeting is a monthly gathering for entrepreneurs, second-in-command business leaders, licensed EOS Implementers®, and approved ENRG Expert Partners. The 90-minute meeting follows an L10™-inspired format and begins with introductions and an icebreaker, followed by a teaching segment focused on a relevant business tool, framework, or topic. A central part of the meeting is IDS® — Identify, Discuss, Solve — where participants can bring forward real business issues, work through root causes, share experiences, and discuss possible solutions with the group. The meeting is designed around active participation and a help-first approach, with time before and after the structured session for attendees to connect with others in the chapter. Participation is specifically intended for individuals who fit one of the chapter’s four eligible member roles.
