Jacksonville State of the Market

Organizer: Bisnow
Jacksonville State of the Market is a commercial real estate forum that brings together leaders across development, investment, housing, and industrial/logistics to share a forward-looking view of where the region is headed. The program features multiple panels and discussions spanning Jacksonville’s innovation economy, community investment and housing access, port/logistics-driven industrial growth, and a closing “big picture” conversation on commercial real estate conditions across major asset classes. Topics highlighted include how logistics infrastructure is influencing industrial demand, why housing affordability is increasingly tied to workforce stability and long-term growth, where capital is flowing (and hesitating), and what’s next for Jacksonville’s submarkets and development pipeline. The agenda includes time for breakfast and networking, a networking break, and a speaker-led program designed to move beyond headlines and focus on constraints and opportunities shaping Jacksonville’s growth in 2026 and beyond.
