NEFAR Annual Fall Business Meeting is a members-only annual business meeting for the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®. The program features a keynote presentation from local historian Wayne Wood, who will explore Jacksonville’s history through the lens of real estate, architecture, and neighborhood development. Attendees can expect a deeper look at the stories behind the communities REALTORS® serve and the forces that continue to shape growth, value, and identity across Northeast Florida. The event will also include a full buffet lunch and a special celebration of NEFAR’s 30-year legacy.
