VOICE: Where Your Voice Takes Root is the first event introducing the First Coast Apartment Association’s rebranded committee, VOICE. Formerly the DEI Committee, VOICE exists to champion representation, elevate voices, and foster unity through purposeful leadership and collaborative service. The event centers on creating a culture of belonging and inclusion for members, while emphasizing vision, openness, individuality, collaboration, and empowerment. Attendees can expect an introduction to the committee’s mission, including its focus on connection, education, advocacy, diversity, authenticity, and stronger collective impact. The event is designed for professionals connected to the multifamily industry who want to be part of a more inclusive, values-driven community within FCAA.
