The Beaver Street Enterprise Center (BSEC) is a longstanding nonprofit business incubator located in northwest Jacksonville’s HUBZone corridor. BSEC provides a supportive environment where early-stage companies and growing small businesses can access affordable professional office space, business development training, mentoring, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate their success.

Since opening in 2003, BSEC has helped launch hundreds of new enterprises, created thousands of jobs, and catalyzed economic activity in historically underserved communities. Its mission focuses on stimulating economic growth by empowering entrepreneurs — particularly those who face barriers to capital and resources — with the tools they need to build sustainable, scalable businesses.

In addition to workspace, BSEC offers structured support through expert-led coaching programs, workshops, and access to mentorship that covers business planning, financial literacy, marketing strategy, and operations. The center’s facilities include spacious conference rooms, event halls, boardrooms, and shared office amenities that foster collaboration and community among resident companies.
